Josh Berkowitz is a founding member of Crestview Public Adjusters, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Prior to co-founding Crestview, Josh honed his skills in the real estate industry, working with two prominent advisory firms and overseeing transactions exceeding a billion dollars. His investments in multifamily properties and hotels have given him a unique perspective when adjusting insurance claims.

 
With a strong background in construction, real estate, and sales, Josh has become a seasoned public adjuster, having successfully handled over 50+ million dollars in claims throughout his career. One notable accomplishment includes settling a challenging hotel residential conversion water loss, resulting in the resolution of over 3 million dollars in damages within just 90 days, thanks to Josh and the Crestview team’s expertise.
 
Presently serving as the Lead Public Adjuster at Crestview Public Adjusters, Josh utilizes his in-depth knowledge to help clients achieve their business goals. Additionally, he plays a vital role in the growth of the company, overseeing the sales and adjusting departments.
 
Josh Berkowitz holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Yeshiva University and remains committed to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest industry advancements.

April is a seasoned Estimator with more than 6 years of experience in construction estimating. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive knowledge in the construction and restoration industries.

She has worked with various reputable organizations, both in the corporate and non-profit sectors, applying her skills in building and restoring properties.

Aside from her professional accomplishments, April has also been recognized for her contributions to rescuing and fostering animals off of inner city streets, which shows her commitment to making a positive impact in the world.

Currently, she serves as an Estimator at Crestview Public Adjusters, where she continues to apply her expertise to help clients achieve their goals and objectives.

April holds a degree in Project Management from the Project Management Institute of New York, and continues to learn and stay abreast of the latest industry developments through continuing her education, further studying Xactimate software and Public adjusters license in the near future.
